Key Responsibilities:
Observe all inbound and outbound traffic from our company trucking yard.
Walk around the yard to check the condition of equipment, including trucks and trailers.
Escalate any damage observed to management’s attention.
Remain onsite and alert during your full shift.
Manage challenging drivers assertively, while maintaining a respectful and firm demeanor.
Basic math skills for calculating weights and measurements.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and reporting.
Accuracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate weight measurements and compliance with regulations.
