THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Benefit Counselor based in Redding, CA. The Benefit Counselor will guide employees through their benefits options, provide clear communication on available plans, and assist with enrollment processes. Responsibilities include explaining benefit offerings, supporting employees during decision-making, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer experience throughout benefit administration processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to explain topics clearly and professionally.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members and employees.
Prior experience in benefits counseling, insurance, or a related field is an advantage.
Willing to submit to a background check and obtain a California Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license. Support will be provided to attain licensure if necessary
