Cornerstone Door &Window, Inc. is seeking a qualified person to assist clients with the various aspects of their particular project.
Clients will include, but not be limited to architects, contractors, homeowners and businesses.
Specifically, we are seeking a person with at least two years of qualified, proven and successful experience in one or more of the following specialty fields.
Residential pre-hung doors, molding, locks, etc.
Pre-hung door shop
Hollow metal doors & frames
Commercial locks, exit devices, door closers etc.
Locksmith
Residential windows: Wood, vinyl, composite etc.
Aluminum storefront, curtain wall etc.
Glass, glazing, screens, shower doors etc.
Rolling doors, garage doors, security gates etc.
Cabinet/Casework manufacturing, installation or sales
Duties of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
Client contact, product consultation and communication.
Heavy use of phones, computers and software.
Interaction and communication with the other members of the team.
Blue print reading and take offs
Project costing and sales
Project management
Vendor communication
Job site visits which will include measurements and consultation.
Requirements for this position will include the following:
A valid California passenger vehicle license is required,
Candidates must be able to be insured on the companies standard vehicle insurance policy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent personal hygiene
An excellent working knowledge of computers and typical software such as Excel etc.
Must meet employers grooming standards.
Must pass a drug screen
Must pass a background check
Excellent time management skills
