Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cannabis Associate to assist with indoor cultivation tasks and production duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Farmhand Duties:
Assist with plant care, including watering, pruning, and feeding.
Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation team.
Maintain a clean and organized grow area.
Assist with harvesting and post-harvest processes.
Production Duties:
Prepare and maintain inventory of raw materials.
Keep a clean and organized workspace.
Perform trimming and manicuring of harvested cannabis plants.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
Requirements:
Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or production is a plus.
