Redding shop seeks Glass Installer for fantastic opportunity!
Bring your window and/or glass experience and join the team!
Position overview: Installation, repair, and maintenance of windows in residential, commercial and industrial settings
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday - Flexible hours available!
Responsibilities and duties:
Strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments
Install, repair, and replace windows, ensuring proper fit and function
Operate tools and equipment such as saws, drills, and levels
Remove old windows and clean job sites post-installation
Work both independently and collaboratively with team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Proven experience in window installation or a related field
Prior construction or mechanical experience (1 year preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
