Immediately Require a Maintenance Tech with experience in general maintenance in a Senior Housing/ Apartment Complex. Knowledge and working experience in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, repairing and fixing, managing unit turns, etc. Knowledge and working experience of using tools, and understanding of safety measures and implementation of the same.
This is a 40 hour per week temporary for two months initial, and can possibly become a permanent position.
