Requirements:
Must have a valid and clean California Driver's License
Must be able to pass Pre-Employment screening
Must be able to work well with others and follow directions
Must be able to read job site plans
Must be detailed orientated, takes initiative and versatile in skills
Be eager to learn and advance within the company
At least 2-years’ experience within the construction industry
Must work safely, efficiently, follow directions and work well with others
As a laborer, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
Traffic control
Clearing debris from work site(s)
Use of jackhammers, hand tools and other small equipment.
Experience with underground utilities and will take preference.
As a cement mason/finisher, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
Structural building, street, curb and sidewalk
Concrete Finishing; forming, framing and rebar tying
As an operator, you are also required to have experience with, yet not limited to:
A backhoe, excavator, skip-loader, hammer and grader
Having experience and knowledge with trenching and underground is a plus
Operate safely with high skill production and accuracy.
Must care and respect the equipment, vehicles and the project site(s)
