A Plus Safety LLC Driving School is seeking a Driving Instructor for behind the wheel and classroom instruction.
Starting wage 17.50
Clean DMV and no criminal record per DMV requirements
Must be age 25+, and High School diploma or GED is required
20-40 hours a week, flexible schedule. Working on evenings and weekends is required. You can set your schedule.
Great for college students, teachers and retired!
MUST be dependable and punctual.
As Professional Driving Instructor, you will be training adult and teen students in practical skills such as traffic laws and regulations with vehicle control.
You will be required to use our vehicles.
Required: Able to effectively communicate safe driving techniques while providing 2hr behind the wheel lessons. Must be flexible in providing instruction to different student skill levels.
Provide feedback about driving skills and areas of improvement for each student with encouragement to instill confidence in driving techniques/accomplishments to the student and parents.

Must have H.S. Diploma or equivalent and possess and maintain valid California Driver's License.
Must pass background investigation, medical evaluation, and Instructor Examination through Department of Motor Vehicles.
Required: Complete training course: 40hr classroom course and 20hrs in car ride along with current instructors. Schedule written test with DMV for Instructor Exam prior to employment.
Job Type: Part-time and Full Time availability. Working a few weekends each month is required.
