Northern California family-owned utility helicopter company seeking to fill positions of Ground Support Driver/Crewmember for summer fire season with opportunity for full-time permanent employment. Candidates will need commercial driver's license (Class C or Class A) with Hazmat endorsement and a clean driving record. Speeding and other minor violations will not disqualify candidates who otherwise meet job requirements such as: shop experience and mechanical ability, welding/fabrication experience, hauling trailers and working in a field environment.
Our ground support team facilitates fuel and rigging support for different types of helicopter operations for firefighting, construction, law enforcement, and utility industries.
Must be available for regional travel. Overtime will be a requirement.
Must pass DOT drug screen.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work safely and effectively with many different personalities and customers.
