Description Technology company based in Redwood City, CA has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator. This Contracts Administrator will join the legal team and report to an attorney. As a Contracts Administrator with this organization, your role will involve managing and maintaining contracts, legal documents, and records and providing paralegal support to the legal department. The selected candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal processes and digitizing legacy records. Over time, this Contracts Admin will have the opportunity to grow into additional legal support functions in litigation, intellectual property, compliance, and corporate governance. This position is on-site and requires working in the Redwood City office Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will have 1-4+ years of contracts administration, legal assistant, or paralegal experience.Responsibilities:· Manage and maintain contracts, legal documents, and records effectively· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department· Digitize legacy records efficiently and accurately· Handle file management systems and legal documentation diligently· Conduct document review and manage department records· Keeping detailed records of all company contracts and agreements· Conducting regular contract audits for accuracy and completeness· Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents as required· Liaising with other departments and external parties to resolve contract-related issues· Assisting with the legal team on ad hoc projects in litigation, IP, and complianceRequirements Qualifications:· 1-5+ years of contracts administration, legal assistant, or paralegal experience· Prior in-house legal experience is preferred, law firm experience will be considered· Must possess strong skills in file management systems or CLM, ensuring the efficient organization and retrieval of important legal document· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary· Teamwork mindset with no task too big or smallRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
