Position: HR Project and Program Manager Location: Redwood City, CA / Remote until Pandemic is over- Then Hybrid 2 days a week (Open for Dallas, TX location as well) Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions
Description:
3-5+ years of experience
It is a Global Team (UK, USA)
Program road maps and high level mile stones for the next 6-8 months.
Capturing action items
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
Finding the roadmap and keeping them in a track.
Project Management, Program Management, Project plans and Documenting the risk.
Change Management.
Communications, Training workshops.
Take out the Data out of Workday.
Learnings & Development.
Must Have:
Must have HR Background
HR Project/ Program Management experience.
Project Management

Analytical Experience
Nice to Have:
Great written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, time management skills
Real estate & Strategic workplace planning and design work would be good to have.
Need someone with 5+ years of experience.
Education:
Minimum any BS Degree is fine with good HR Background Experience
No Certification is required.
