Bosch is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resources Representative). This is an on-site full-time regular position. The team member will nurture relationships with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines, research, assess and identify new and innovative strategies and tools for recruiting great talent and manage business relationships with internal clients.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience with full cycle recruiting for Engineering (ME, EE, CHEME, EEE, MS), Facilities (ME, EE), Electronics (AS Mechatronics) Finance, IT, and hourly facilities technicians, mechanics and production level positions.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with department heads regarding recruiting needs.Conduct recruitment efforts through full cycle recruiting and obtain internal referrals.Write and place position advertisements.Schedule/Conduct interviews and manage onboarding.Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.Build relationships with junior colleges and universities to build a pipeline of candidates. Attend college career fairs to hire talent. Maintain human resource information and compile reports.Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.Assist with driving special projects to completion and other relevant tasks as assigned.
