Pacific Coast Building Services, Inc. (PCBS) is a group of professionals committed to providing excellent service to Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc., Alcal Glass Systems, Inc., Pacific Coast Contracting Specialties, Inc. and Spilker Pacific, LLC. They specialize in installation and servicing of insulation, roofing, waterproofing, fire stopping, garage doors, and glazing for large and small commercial and residential construction projects.
Our Sacramento, CA headquarter is currently accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities include:
Review and reconciliation of vendor statements
Performs inquiry and posting of invoices, auditing quantity and pricing for accuracy
Confirm all invoice coding is accurate
Review intercompany aging/statements once a month and address non-current balance timely
Running/reviewing/analyzing key reports in SAP
Plan, coordinate, and lead (tele)conferences and trainings with teams/divisions
Oversee and evaluate team members on a quarterly basis or as needed
Supporting Finance team with various tasks
Leading periodic team meetings to update on AP Dept. and support services
Various other duties and periodic assignments as requested by management including projects and audits
Qualified applicants will have:
Associates degree or equivalent from college or technical school; or 4+ years of accounts payable experience preferably in the construction or building materials industry with multiple locations.
Must be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office equipment.
Hands on experience with SAP is highly preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet goals and deadlines
Excellent customer service skills with an ability to develop strong relationships with locations and customers.
General accounting knowledge of general ledgers, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office and 10-key
