Hi small business looking for a book keeper familiar in the construction/ design industry. Excellence in quickbooks required. Start asap, 5-7 years experience minimum required
1. Provide owner with financial reporting.
2. Balance Sheets, chart of accounts, P&L
2. Reconcile bank accounts weekly.
3. Maintain accurate records via regular reconciliation to provide quick and accurate quarterly financial statements.
4. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Weekly bank account reconciliations, cash management, cash flow reports to owner.
