We are a Full-Service bookkeeping company who is in need of a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Administrator!
Our company helps small to mid-size companies manage their day to day financial tasks.
You'll work closely with numerous clients and their team from all different industries, and will also contribute to internal development projects, because our internal team is an important client too!
We are problem-solvers and bridge-builders, pivotal players in our client's journey!
MUST have the following qualifications;
Minimum 1 years Experience as Receptionist/Office Administrator
Minimum 3 years Bookkeeping experience - Multi Client a huge Plus
Duties:
Office Administrator: Answering phones, greeting clients, full responsilibilites of office upkeep, asssitant to staff needs, outings to post office or other office items.
Bookkeeping - Posting of bank and credit card expenses, Reconciliations. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, POS reporting, Sales Tax, Financials reporting, and much much more!
Qualifications:
Experience using Quickbooks Desktop/Online, Excel, Word, Outlook
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be a self starter and not require constant supervision.
Multi-Tasker, Team player, Positive attitude
This is an in-office position, Part Time, 25-30 hours a week, M-F.
