Farming entity has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator/bookkeeper position.

This position is full time

Primary responsibilities include: Invoice/data entry, filing, faxing, emailing, human resources, reviewing time cards for accuracy, weekly payroll, running reports, accounts payable/receivable, work with outside CPA for quarterly and yearly work.

A/P and payroll are performed by other employees, however, review and final responsibility will be with this position.

Excellent typing and computer skills is required.

The right candidate must have previous office administrative and full-charge bookkeeper experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Proficient in Quick Books

- Proficient typing skills

- Ability to use office equipment (copy, scan, and fax) with a talent to troubleshoot errors from time to time

- Ability to switch gears often (multitask)

- Ability to take initiative, self-motivated and able to complete tasks accurately and with minimal supervision

- Highly organized

- Professional (in person and over the phone)

- Superior customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Quick learner with a positive attitude

- Reliable and ability to maintain confidentiality

-Prior experience in farming industry a plus
