We are seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist to join a successful company in Folsom, CA.
This position REQUIRES a current CPP (Certified Payroll Professional certificate)
Compensation: $25/hr
Job Qualifications:
-Have high school diploma or equivalent
-Must possess current Certified Payroll Professional certificate
-5+ years experience in full cycle payroll.
-Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & background screening.
-3+ years experience in filing quarterly payroll tax reports
-Ability to effectively communicate (phone, in-person and email)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Experience with Spectrum software is a plus, but not required.
-Must be a team-player.
-Be punctual, organized, and detail oriented.
