Established Sacramento area Mortgage Banker has opening for experienced loan processor. Expertise in both purchase and refinance loans is a must. Our company has a great reputation for a high level of customer service and we are looking for a person who has demonstrated this in their past experience.
The ideal candidate will have great client communication skills and enjoy working with clients. They will be extremely organized, flexible, ethical and able to work under time constraints to ensure escrows close on time and accurately. Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans a must.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer phones
Set up of loan files
Provide complete support for Loan Officers
Coordinate Pipeline activities to ensure smooth, on-time closings
Monitor Lock Expiration Dates
Pre-underwrite files before submitting to underwriting department
Communicate with borrowers, title company, real estate agents throughout loan process
Weekly update calls to borrowers and real estate agents
Create and maintain client files in loan origination software
Other duties as assigned.
Run DU/LP for pre-approvals
The compensation for this position is a very competitive hourly wage plus bonus/commission and will depend on experience.
