Busy General Contractor seeking an Receptionist/AP Clerk with at least 1 year experience in accounting & administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and proactive, and will have an upbeat and positive attitude. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. This candidate will be willing to learn all facets of accounting and project administrative tasks. Great room for advancement with a fast growing company. The AP Clerk/Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
1. Accounting Support for Controller
2. Admin and Project Support
3. Clerical organization is a must
CANDIDATE MUST:
1. Be comfortable maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
2. Be a fast learner
3. Be a self starter
4. Possess strong communication skills (written, verbal)
6. Be responsible/reliable and capable of maintaining confidentiality at all times
7. MUST know Excel, Word and Outlook

This is a permanent, full-time position. Hourly rate is to be determined based on experience/skill level & we offer a competitive range of health & 401K benefits. Hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm.
