About Beebout, Williams & Olds CPAs:

For many years, I would say we were your average meat and potatoes CPA firm. I can no longer say this. We have truly evolved into a dynamic, tech-forward accounting firm providing tax, accounting, and audit services servicing a continuously growing, sophisticated, and diverse clientele of businesses. With this elevated client base, we get to be picky and focus on high-value client engagement and services, continuously focusing on increasing the value we can provide our clients.

Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a rockstar Senior Accountant to join our team. If you're not truly a skilled and experienced accountant, do yourself a favor and stop reading now. But if you're a seasoned pro who thrives on tackling complex and challenging accounting tasks while leading a team of sharp accounting minds, then keep going.

Here's the deal: accounting with us isn't just about crunching numbers. We're diving into accounting migration projects, helping clients implement cutting-edge tech stacks, and wrestling with no-code solutions to integrate and automate systems that usually don't play nicely together. We create custom reporting capabilities that make the numbers clear and digestible for clients and their boards. These value-packed nuggets are what our clients crave, and they're eating them up.

There's no coasting here—5 pm sneaks up faster than you'd believe. And heads up, this isn't a remote gig. Why? Because the sophisticated and technical stuff we're working on needs the magic of face-to-face collaboration. I always tell my team we're like ants: individually unique, but together, our collective intelligence is off the charts.

Are we perfect? Nope. We're constantly evolving and implementing new systems, processes, and quality control efforts to get better every day. Join us and be a part of this continuous improvement. You can't manage what you don't measure.
