Mathnasium - Center Director / Center Head - Citrus Heights, CA (onsite) - 25-35 hrs per week

As a Par-time Center Director at Mathnasium, you will have the rewarding opportunity to lead and manage a learning center, impacting KG-12th grade students and helping them excel in math. Positon Overview:
This position starts as an part-time management role, and then it quickly evolves into a full-time position, with great benefits. Training and Shadow training will have to be completed. As you complete the program, you will learn to utilize your talents to manage the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including responsibility over profit and loss, customer service, hiring/training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and your surrounding community.

Job Role:
Management: Center administration and overseeing training and work of center staff
Sales: Convert leads to enrollees
Retention: ensuring client satisfaction for existing families
Education: monitoring educational progress of students
CommunityPartner: building relationships within the community including incenter and outside events
25-35 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday, Sundays as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations in the center
Hire, train, and schedule employees
Lead and motivate team members
Market the Mathnasium program
Conduct sales and enroll students
Administer student assessments and develop learning plans
Provide exceptional customer service
Monitor and grow center performance metrics
Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills
Interest in marketing and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service focus
Love for working with students
Superb organizational skills, driven to succeed and detail oriented
Exemplary character
Proficiency in computer skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred:
Previous teaching or tutoring experience
Strong math skills in high-school level math
Experience in sales and customer service
Bachelor’s Degree in education, math, or related field
Previous management or leadership experience
Previous customer relationships & sales experience
All applicants are required to take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours:25 – 35 hours per week and On-Call
From 12 PM to 7 PM (Tuesday - Saturday)
