Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3-5 year experience as a Collision Repair Estimator
I-Car and ASE certified is a plus
Proficient in CCC-One, Audatex and Parts Trader estimating systems
Knowledge of direct repair programs, warranty repair and customer pay clients
Supplemental repair estimating experience
Ability to collect A/R with DRP, warranty and customer pay
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
Strong organizational and sales skills
Parts ordering and follow up for assigned vehicles
Efficient with computers and MS Office suites
Physical Requirements: General Physical Skills, Carrying, Lifting 50 lbs, Squatting, Kneeling, Pushing, Standing, Sitting, Walking, Reaching, Pulling Extensively and Repetitive Motion.
Valid Driver's License
Able to handle high volume workloads and keep calm under pressure
Friendly demeanor with high passion, energy and a team player
