Mobilehome park is looking for a positive, friendly two person management team.
We are seeking a couple for this position, not just one person .
Experience managing an apartment complex, mobile home park, or mini storage would be preferred, but not required .
We are looking for a team with strong people and customer service skills, and related work experience that can be used in these positions.
Office duties will require computer skills that include typing scanning, emailing, and internet searching. If you are knowledgeable in using Excel and Word that would be helpful. Previous experience with a computerized billing system will be a plus. Bookkeeping knowledge including pro-rating, debits, and credits is required. A detail oriented, organized, self starter will fit right in.
You will be interacting with our residents and assisting them with their questions and concerns regarding the park. You will be responsible for ensuring laundry facilities are clean and read for resident use every day.
Maintenance duties include cleaning and maintenance of common areas of the park, such as, painting, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
