Job Summary:
The successful candidate will manage invoicing, collections, and related administrative tasks. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing:
o Generate and send invoices using QuickBooks accurately and on time.
o Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
o Maintain records of all financial transactions related to billing.
Collections:
o Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
o Contact clients professionally via phone and email to ensure prompt payment.
o Work with clients to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Administrative Support:
o Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases.
