Role Description
This is a full-time and part time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Elk Grove, CA. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address inquiries, and provide information about the company's services. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, delivering excellent customer service, accurately recording interactions, and coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer support skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with basic office software and customer management tools
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
must have 2+ years call center experience minimum
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour DOE: Plus, Generous Commission structure
