Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a multitasking wizard capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously easily and efficiently. You should be a people pleaser, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and in-person) to provide product information, support, and sales assistance.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy and efficiency.

Manage customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell effectively.

Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Handle multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously without compromising on service quality.

Participate in product training sessions and team meetings to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the online ecommerce space.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a knack for handling multiple tasks and customers simultaneously.

A positive, customer-oriented attitude, with a drive to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with technology and learning new software and systems. Netsuite and Monday.com experience a HUGE plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

The position is full-time in-house at our Roseville facility. Monday-Friday 8-5
