We’re looking for a friendly and organized Email Marketing Interview Coordinator to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to gain experience in client-facing interactions and the email marketing industry.
In this role, you’ll represent our company during Zoom meetings with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in our services. There’s no need to sell as these prospects have scheduled meetings because they need our services and want to learn more about our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Review our Google Calendar for scheduled client appointments.
Join Zoom meetings on time and professionally introduce our company.
Listen to prospects as they explain their needs and goals.
Recommend the right services, such as campaigns or audits, based on their specific requirements.
Take detailed notes for follow-up by our internal team.
Details:
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: Flexible, during PST business hours, approximately 15-20 hours per week
Employment Type: Contractor
Training: Initial training is in-person, after which the role can be performed virtually
