Your Responsibilities:
Professionally answer and direct phone calls
Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
Communicate effectively with callers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with scheduling and confirming customer appointments
Provide general support and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
What You Bring:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service
Punctuality and flexibility to manage varying shifts (M-F, 7 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-6 PM)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
