Immediate opening for Gate Attendant inside the State Park at Brown's Ravine entrance at the Folsom/El Dorado Hills county line.
This is a part time position, two days a week. Hours are from 2pm-10pm Monday and Tuesday. (Could have an opening for 6am-2pm soon)
High level overview of duties includes:
First point of contact for park visitors
Taking Payment from park visitors - selling day passes, year passes, etc.
Processing payments on Credit card machine and using cash resister to track sales.
Once kiosk closes about 7:00pm, driving around in company truck checking on area.
Making sure park visitors are out of the park by designated time and locking the front entrance gate.
This is a fun high paced job during the boating season and more relaxed in the off season
Looking for someone who can commit to a year, this is not seasonal.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work holidays
Must be able to get up and down multiple times a day and be on their feet for few hours at a time.
