Immediate Opening: Full-time hybrid Office Manager/Customer Service Representative for our Rocklin facility, located at 4680 Pacific Street, Rocklin, CA 95677.

Essential Job Duties:

Lead and supervise front-end staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role.

2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll preferred.

Answer and manage multiple phone lines, assess caller needs, and either transfer calls to the appropriate staff or take detailed messages.

Schedule estimate appointments and coordinate the drop-off of vehicles at the center.

Communicate effectively with the Call Center to ensure a smooth claims process.

Oversee the vehicle drop-off process for scheduled repairs.

Obtain necessary customer authorizations for repairs.

Enter receipts for cash, checks, EFTs, and credit cards.

Complete daily bank deposits by 4 p.m.

Post invoices and credits accurately.

Match statements and complete hand check stubs correctly.

Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, credits, & cash handling procedures per company standards.

Organize and maintain customer files and repair orders.

Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.

with Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.

Ability to lift and move boxes, and furniture up to 20 pounds.

Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance.
