Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. As a Remote Customer

Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information

about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Willingness to provide feedback to management on concerns or challenges with other team members.

- Willingness to look for and share ideas that will benefit the overall client experience

- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. Address inquiries and

resolve complaints efficiently.

- Identify issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference.

- Work with other team members and departments to escalate issues and improve service delivery.

- Gather customer feedback and report insights to management for continuous improvement.

- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

- HS Diploma or higher

- Proven experience in prior remote work environment

-Prior Customer Service work experience

- Proficiency in GHL, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Suite

-Willingness to submit to and pass a complete background check

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
