Lexus Of Roseville Rental Agent
Lexus of Roseville is looking to hire a full-time Rental Agent/Lot Porter.
Responsibilities include:
Explaining loaner vehicle policy to customers at time of agreement.
Validate customer credentials (driver’s license, insurance, etc.)
Inspecting and ensuring vehicles are clean inside and out.
Perform proper vehicle walk-around and document any damage (Departure and arrival).
Promptly answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional guest experience.
Managing loaner vehicle fleet.
Taking care of vehicles in the service area and ensuring all vehicles are clean and ready for delivery to customers.
Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum and polish) and maintain all vehicles.
Install disposable covers and floor mats in vehicle interiors being serviced.
Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to work well as a team and/or independently.
Hiring Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
An acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
