Responsibilities: HVAC Service Dispatcher

1. Scheduling Service Calls: Coordinate with customers to schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments

based on urgency, technician availability, and customer preferences.

2. Dispatching Technicians: Assign HVAC technicians to service calls, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and

timely response to customer needs.

3. Communicating with Technicians: Relay job details, customer information, and any special instructions to HVAC

technicians, ensuring they have all necessary information to complete the job successfully.

4. Monitoring Work Progress: Track technician locations and job statuses throughout the day, ensuring jobs are

completed on time and addressing any delays or issues that arise.

5. Customer Communication: Provide updates to customers regarding technician arrival times, job progress, and any

changes to the service plan.

6. Solving Problems: Address customer concerns, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide solutions to ensure

customer satisfaction.

7. Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of service calls, including customer information, job details, and

technician notes.

8. Coordinating Parts and Supplies: Arrange for the delivery of necessary parts and supplies to job sites, ensuring

technicians have the equipment they need to complete repairs.

9. Supporting Technicians: Provide administrative support to technicians, including assistance with paperwork,

invoicing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers,

technicians, and other staff members effectively.

2. Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple schedules, and coordinate resources efficiently

is crucial in this role.

3. Problem-Solving Abilities: HVAC service dispatchers must be able to quickly identify and address issues that arise,
