Fully qualified 12 CORE units, including infant units
Confident in skills
Flexible enough to be up on the latest in developmentally appropriate practices

We practice continuity. This means about half our staff move annually with their group of children. This helps to provide a better base for learning and regulation.
Milestones CDC Inc. is a relationship-based high quality center for children 0-5. We have low ratios, focus on relationships with children and families, and work to support each child's individual growth and development.

Pay is transparent and based on position, years of service at Milestones, and degrees. This position, if above requirements are met, starts at $21 per hour, with additional pay for ECE/CD degrees.
