Woodland Gymnastics is looking for fun, motivated, energetic, enthusiastic people who have the desire to work with children!
We are looking for someone to fill our Team Coach/Coordinator position.
-Experience: Gymnastics experience and gymnastics coaching experience for a team coach position is required.
-Availability: Year round, full-time, and some weekends. Availability during after school hours is particularly important
-Duties: For Team Coach position duties include coaching our compulsory team and attending meets in the Fall and Spring seasons, along with communication with team families, and working with other team members to ensure recreational and preteam students are progressing to team levels. Team Coordinator duties include clerical duties related to managing and training staff. Duties also include scheduling classes, staff meetings, trainings, team meetings, etc. It includes overseeing team coaching staff daily, editing and maintaining team staff contract, and employee performance management.
