POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position will require site visits for our projects in NorCal, and a quarterly trip to our Newport Beach, CA office, and some opportunities for remote work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Significant experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Deep understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and organizational processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Certification or licensure in construction management or related field is a plus.
