Perfection Electric Co, Inc is looking for an Electrical Estimator.
Established in 1987, all of our work is located in Sacramento, Vacaville, Yuba City, Stockton area.
All commercial work from large warehouses, Auto dealerships, Office buildings.
We are the 15th largest electrical contractor in the Sacramento area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend/lead pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work.
Provide complete and accurate detailed estimates representing a project’s Electrical system, costs, associated general conditions, required overhead and profit.
Perform take-offs of Electrical materials for plan/spec and design build projects.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes and specification compliance.
Perform layout of electrical systems.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO.
Keep detailed records of all items associated with the project and save them in the estimate folder.
Ability to interpret, document, and communicate complicated structural plans, details, and specifications.
The Estimator is required to work in the office daily, unsupervised and be self-motivated.
Estimators are expected to have a working knowledge of Labor units regulations/laws to apply to non-commodity items such as switchgear and lighting.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in construction, construction management or architecture.
Or 5-10 years related experience and/or training in construction.
5-7 years Commercial/Industrial estimating experience.
Must be deadline and accuracy driven.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
