A growing structural concrete formwork contractor based in Sacramento with projects primarily in the Sacramento and Bay Area regions is seeking to add a hard working individual. Our primary focus is wall, column, suspended slab formwork and shoring that requires extensive planning, CAD detailing, and engineering. Our clients include a varied group of general contractors and concrete contractors working on large scale commercial, multi-family residential, and mixed use projects. This individual will be involved in a variety of activities including project management, client interaction, scheduling, engineering, safety and other responsibilities.
Job Description:
⢠Create ACAD & REVIT shop drawings for submittals and our field on-site crews
⢠Design and assist with engineering formwork systems
⢠Manage projects including planning and cost control
⢠Work with jobsite supervision and other contractor companies
⢠Help coordinate material and equipment
Requirements:
⢠4 year degree in BSCE or construction management required
⢠AutoCAD and/or REVIT experience preferred
⢠Strong communication skills
