Our investor-backed company, Land Club, is pioneering a new type of communityrural recreational retreats called Land Clubs on beautiful scenic properties around the world, starting in Northern California. These small communities consist of thoughtfully designed cabins and outdoor amenities in exceptional locations. The projects offer a mixture of ownership and hospitality options. Our first sites are in Sutter Creek, CA and North Lake Tahoe, CA (Donner Summit).
We're seeking an experienced, thoughtful landscape architect and/or land planner to join our team. This person must have the following qualities:
- Experience developing residential land plans, community plans and site layouts
- A passion for simple, thoughtful design that integrates with nature
- Excitement about Land Club and the potential to become part of our dynamic team
- An entrepreneurial spirit to take a little risk helping to build an amazing company and beautiful projects together.
This can start part-time and develop into a full-time opportunity.
