- Need someone experienced with obtaining commercial/industrial building permits
- Need to be able to generate plans and calcs
- Must be proficient in CAD, Revit not required.
- 10+ years minimum in Commercial/Industrial required.
- 5+ years Residential a plus but not required.
- No license required.
- No degrees required.
Very fast paced and very good pay. No site visits or travel needed.
Must have your own workstation and reliable internet connection. It is 1099 contract based.
