Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Morning Baker . This role is the responsible person for the early morning preparation and baking of our viennoiseries and other baked goods
Key Responsibilities:
Early morning baking of various viennoiseries and other baked goods.
Managing the proofing process to ensure product quality.
Maintaining a clean and organized baking area.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in a professional baking or pastry environment is recommended .
Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3.30 am in morning
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work on weekends
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation : following experience 21 + tips 300per check
