We are seeking an experienced and talented Bar Manager and/or Lead Bartender to oversee our bar operations and team of bartenders. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent drink quality, maintaining inventory levels, help train staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of bartenders, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
Develop and implement drink menus, recipes, and beverage promotions
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure proper bar setup, cleanliness, and organization
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Comply with all liquor laws, regulations, and responsible service policies
Handle cash management and end-of-shift reporting
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, wine, and beer
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Current RBS Certificate and food handler's certification
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
