Burger Lounger in Downtown Sacramento is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager for Sacramento location.
We're located at 405 K Street, Sacramento, CA.
Ideal candidates will have five (5) total years of back of house experience with at least two (2) years of kitchen management experience.
Our Kitchen Managers are responsible to oversee the entire back-of-house operation. This position will focus on hiring the right people, ensure food quality, maintain kitchen cleanliness, monitor execution of food presentation, ensure staff safety and maintain appropriate kitchen staffing levels.

Position Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced kitchen
A minimum of 5 years experience in varied kitchen positions (grill, fryer, line, pantry, sauté and prep).
Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership ability
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
