Old Soul Co. is hiring for a Cafe Manager in our Oak Park store.
Support and motivate a great team, leading staff to provide a superior guest experience.
In this position, which reports to the Operations Manager, you will:
Work directly on the cafe floor and in the kitchen to support all food and beverage services to our guests.
Manage of staff of 6 to 8 people, in a cafe open 7 days per week from 6am-6pm.
Make schedules, manage inventory, maintain the operation of the facility and manage the cash and daily finances of the retail operation.
Old Soul @ 40 Acres, at 3434 Broadway is our most dynamic neighborhood cafe, and a great place for an energetic and detail-oriented industry leader with multiple years of foodservice experience and documented leadership/mgmt experience in a similar setting.
