I own a successful bicycle shop in Fair Oaks Village and have been working the last few years to obtain the permits to add a cafe to our retail space. I have the permits now and have realized that I simply don't have time to launch/run the cafe while also growing the bicycle business, and that's where you come in! I would like to partner with a local restaurateur - the permits are done, the beer/wine license is done, even the equipment is purchased! The hard stuff is done, and now you and I can work together on the project and see the buildout complete. Is passionate about good coffee, beer, and wine, and be happy supporting a business model focused on sustainability - we are planning a predominantly plant-based menu, sourcing compostable packaging, shopping local, etc.
