Responsibilities:

Develop and refine menu items to enhance the dining experience and cater to customer preferences.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain standards and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and special events.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chef specializing in Asian cuisine, with a strong emphasis on Korean and Asian American dishes.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Excellent culinary skills, with creativity and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
