Job Title: Cook/Prep/Beverage/Cashier/Front and Back duties
Environment: Food Truck
Position:
- Assist in preparation and cooking under the direction of the Lead Cook
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food and equipment
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
-Take orders with stellar customer service skills
-Food handler certificate is required
Skills:
- Previous experience working in food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Familiarity with food truck and catering operations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
