Federalist Public House is a unique restaurant that stands apart from others in the pizza industry. Built out of shipping containers we offer a trendy atmosphere with family style seating. All of our pizzas are cooked to perfection in a custom made wood fired oven. Not only is our food menu great but we also offer amazing catering and event opportunities both on-site and off-site with our pizza trailer and beer truck. Being one of the only restaurants that have a beer truck provides us many more opportunities to accommodate clients in a unique fashion.
Opportunity Description: COOK, DISHWASHER, SERVER
We currently are seeking 2 line cooks with food prep experience, 1 dish washer, & 1 server
Requirements:
-Minimum 6 months kitchen experience required for line cook.
-Pizza experience a plus.
-Wood Fire Pizza experience, potential for a $100 bonus after 90 days.
-Must be flexible and a fast learner.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being a team player.
-Self-motivator who understands the importance of a positive attitude.
-Good work ethic and ability to be punctual.
