We are seeking professional, talented, and highly adaptable chef candidates for a full time Private Chef opportunity in Granite Bay, CA.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 7 years restaurant experience and some familiararity in the private chef field. In home-private dinner parties experience is preferred.
Client would like lunch and dinner, served five days a week. Client is gluten free, mostly enjoys a vegetarian diet, but eats goat, lamb, poultry and likes red meat every so often.
Varied global cuisines, with an emphasis and proficiency in authentic, regional Indian cuisine a must. ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE ORGANIC! Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of local ethnic markets, farmer's markets, and grocery stores.
