Line Cook Expectations:
Work efficiently and safely in a high volume commercial kitchen
Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality when following recipes down to the last granule of parmesan cheese
Please maintain a basic level of personal hygiene. All anyone in the kitchen wants to smell is pizza!
Ability to thrive as part of a fun-loving, dedicated and cohesive team
Assisting in ordering and receiving for all food and packaging orders
Essential Job Requirements:
1 year experience in a full service and/or quick service restaurant
High attention to detail
Able to make round pizzas
Be a good listener
Reading, math, and measurement skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds. Without complaining a plus
Must have ability to stand and move around the operation for long periods of time. Bring your fitbit and get those steps!
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
